Benefit from a structured triathlon training program tailored to meet the athletes goals.

Beginner program:

•introduction to triathlon
•entry-level training through the induction of drills in swimming, cycling and running
•once good technique has been established, the program switches its focus to building a solid base

Intermediate program:

•step-up from an entry-level program. Individual must have completed a half or full Ironman
•the focus of the program continues in building a base
•threshold training and speed workouts are introduced

Advanced program:
•programs designed for seasoned athletes
•all aspects of coaching addressed including lactate testing
